eScribers acquired AVTranz in April 2015 and has built this new order processing site to better serve you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I have access to my previous orders?
Yes. All previous orders will be listed under the Completed orders tab.
Have the prices changed?
No. The pricing structure remains the same.
How has submitting a new order changed?
There is a new order form, though the information required to complete the form such as case name, case number
and hearing date remains the same.
How will my transcript be delivered?
You will receive an email notifying you that the transcript is available for download, with a link to download
the transcript. If a balance is due on the account, you will need to pay the balance in order to download the
transcript.
Are you a new vendor?
eScribers is the parent company of AVTranz.
The same staff and the same transcribers and proofreaders who have been preparing transcripts for the State
of New Hampshire will be continuing to do so as we move forward with the new site.
